用了一天的时间在修改destoon的静态规则，把其中的一些技巧说出来，让后来者少走路
因为destoon要付费用户才给予技术支持。
规则文件：api/url.inc.php
先看一下我们要实现的要求：/news/guoji/prefix-title-itemid.html
1、guoji======分类名catdir,问题是：在内容页无法获取catdir的值，解决方法：
首先打开include/global.func.php
查找itemurl 修改：$cate = get_cat($catid); $catdir = $cate['catdir'];
2、取标题首字母
加载函数：

新加一个变量：$fristtitle = pinyin($title);

3、有人问{$alloc}这个是什么意思，其实这个就是一个函数dalloc($itemid)，向上取整。
